Below you will find information about which personal data (this is all data that identifies or makes you identifiable as a natural person (hereinafter "data subject"), such as name, address, e-mail address or even user behavior) we collect during your visit to our website and how it is used. Data subjects are visitors to our website and users of our online services.
Data subject rights
According to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you, including any recipients and the planned storage period. If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR. If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing as well as object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
If you wish your data to be deleted but we are still legally obliged to retain it, access to your data will be restricted (blocked). The same applies in the event of an objection. Legal basis
In the following you will find the legal bases of our data processing according to Art. 13 GDPR:
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject as well as for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures.
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable law of the EU or under any applicable law of a country in which the GDPR applies in whole or in part.
Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to protect our legitimate interests or those of third parties, unless fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject prevail. Legitimate interests are in particular our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with other legal provisions.
For this purpose, we use service companies that are separately obligated to secrecy and data protection within the scope of service provision. Data will only be passed on to authorities in the event of overriding legal provisions.

The purpose of data processing on this website is to provide information about products and services of our company combined with the possibility for users to contact us in a targeted manner.
1. General information
Insofar as you have provided us with personal data, we use it to answer your inquiries, to advise you, to process contracts concluded with you, and for technical administration. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties or otherwise transferred if this is necessary for the purpose of processing the contract, if this is necessary for billing purposes or if you have given your prior consent. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future, see "Right of revocation".
The legal basis for the collection, processing and forwarding of the data is Art. 6 I (b) GDPR in the context of the execution of the contract.
This data is deleted after expiry of the applicable statutory retention obligations. If we are not subject to any statutory retention obligations, the data will be deleted when the purpose ceases to apply.
You have the right to information and the right to object to your data stored by us at any time. You can find more information under "Data subject rights" and "Right of revocation".
2. Server data collection
Purpose of processing
When you visit our website, various server statistics are automatically stored that your browser transmits to our provider's server: Among other things, IP address of your device, date and time of access, name and URL of accessed files, website from which the access is made or from which you were directed to our website (referrer URL), browser used and the operating system of your device.
The aforementioned data is processed by us for the purpose of smooth connection establishment and system security. This data is not merged with other data sources. The accruing connection data is automatically deleted after 30 days. If the website is misused, log data whose further storage is necessary for evidentiary purposes will be retained until the incident has been clarified.
The legal basis is Art. 6 l (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the fact that we want to ensure secure operation of the website and detect any attacks.
3. Cookies
Cookie consent with Cookiebot
This website uses the cookie consent technology of Cookiebot to obtain your consent to the storage of certain cookies on your terminal device and to document this in accordance with data protection law. Provider of this technology is Cybot A/S, Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen (Denmark), Website: https://www.cookiebot.com/de/ (hereinafter referred to as „Cookiebot“).
When you enter our website, the following personal data is transferred to Cookiebot:
· Your IP address in anonymized form (the last three digits are set to 0).
· Date and time of consent
· Information about your browser
· URL from which the consent was sent
· An anonymous, random and encrypted key
· Your consent(s) or the revocation of your consent(s) which serves as proof of consent
The key and consent status are also stored in the browser in the CookieConsent cookie so that the website can automatically read and follow the end user's consent in all subsequent page requests and future end user sessions for up to 12 months. The key is used for proof of consent and for an option to check whether the consent status stored in the browser is unchanged compared to the original consent submitted to Cookiebot. The data collected in this way is stored until you request us to delete it, delete the Cookiebot cookie yourself, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory legal storage obligations remain unaffected.
Cookiebot is used to obtain the legally required consent for the use of cookies. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para.1 lit. a GDPR (if you have registered with Cookiebot) and Art. 6 para.1 lit. f GDPR (if you have not registered with Cookiebot). The processing according to Art. 6 para.1 p.1 lit. f GDPR is based on our legitimate interests to obtain and document consent for the use of cookies.
Currentness and change of this privacy policy
We reserve the right to adjust the content of this privacy policy at any time. This usually occurs in the event of further development or adaptation of the services used.
